Receipt printing is where most cross-platform POS software falls apart on Linux. Posify sends ESC/POS commands straight to your thermal printer through a raw CUPS queue — the printer uses its own font, so receipts print crisp and dark instead of being rasterised into a faint image by a driver. Add your printer once, pick it in Settings → Receipt, and it prints exactly like the Windows version.
